A school in York has been labelled as “World Class”, joining an exclusive club of around 120 schools in the UK.
A school in York has been labelled as “World Class”, joining an exclusive club of around 120 schools in the UK.
The accreditation came as Fulford School was given the World Class Schools Quality Mark. The Quality Mark assesses pupils on how they demonstrate World Class skills and attitudes while at school.
Steve Lewis, who is the head teacher at Fulford School, expressed his pride at the school’s World Class rating, saying: “We are delighted to have received the World Class School Quality Mark. Fulford is a world class school”.
