He also made a hugely significant contribution to York’s Covid response and supported many businesses through the pandemic and lockdowns. He was instrumental in ensuring the Council’s actions were appropriate and effective. We send our deepest sympathy to Andrew Digwood’s family and hold them in our thoughts.
