York St John Communities Centre, have a handful of free fully funded coaching sessions (5 per person) available, in partnership with City of York Council’s Inclusive Growth fund) for business owners or employees of micro, small, or medium businesses in York.
Their coaches have been supporting individuals from exploring areas such as confidence and self-esteem/worth, understanding and dealing with personal and professional relationships, to having more self-awareness and trust in their decisions made.

Coaches will work alongside you to explore and support you with whatever you may be going through. This may be:
