Alexander O’Neal’s spectacular Time To Say Goodbye: Farewell World Tour will finish in the UK this September with his last ever shows in York, Glasgow, Ipswich, Dudley, Warrington, Bogner and Poole.
Alex was taken ill earlier in the year mid tour, rushed to hospital and forced to postpone some UK concerts as he underwent an emergency medical procedure on his heart. There would have been more shows postponed, however against the advice of the doctors, Alex continued to perform as he did not wish to disappoint his UK fans. Other artists with similar issues cancelled their entire tour but not Alex – he insisted the show must go on and in true Soul Troubador fashion he was back performing within a few days albeit with medics on standby backstage. The tour ended at the Royal Albert Hall in June with special guest Russell Watson and to everyone’s surprise – an onstage wedding of Alex with his long term partner Cynthia.

Recuperating in the USA over the summer following the USA leg, Alex is raring to go, finish the tour and say goodbye to UK audiences. For one last time people can stand with Alex and show their love and appreciation for his music and trailblazing career.
