Popular York restaurant Le Cochon Aveugle is set to close its doors later on this year.

The bistro down Walmgate which has won many awards will be shutting as owners Joshua and Victoria Overington plan to “move on and explore other venues”.

Although they may be shutting, their sister restaurant pizza bar Cave du Cochon, will remain open and staff from the closing unit will transfer to the aforementioned bar.
