New research carried out on behalf of Premier Inn has shown a shift into more sustainable travel compared with 5 years ago. Businesses are choosing sustainability over cost when it comes to travel and accommodation, with 73% choosing an environmentally conscious hotel.
82% of 25–34-year-old business owners said they are likely to choose a hotel with good environmental credentials, according to the findings.
Unlike many, the chain has never used single-use toiletries in its bathrooms and has also pledged to eliminate unnecessary single-use plastic usage by 2025.
