CCTV appeal following high-value theft at Browns York

North Yorkshire Police have issued CCTV images of two men following the theft of more than £4,000 worth of fragrances from Brown’s department store.

The incident happened at the store on Davygate in York city centre at 5.22pm on Saturday 9 March 2024.

Police wish to speak to two men regarding the incident who were seen and spoken to by staff but quickly left the store without paying for the goods.
