Later today, the Corporate Services, Climate Change and Scrutiny Management Committee will be calling in to an online webcast on the City of York Council youtube channel.
Starting at 5:30pm, the local councillors will be questioned by the public and will discuss an update on the Housing Delivery Programme and the Disposal of Surplus Sites.
The council’s streaming of their meetings is part of their aim to promote openness, accountability and greater participation in local democracy.
The webcast can be accessed by searching the ‘City of York Council’ on Youtube and the meeting minutes and agenda is available on www.york.gov.uk.
