Clare Brint, Olivia Huntly and Lorena Muscai all work for Network Rail and are based in York.
This trio are involved in a variety of different projects, including working on upgrading railway stations, maintaining overhead line equipment and are carrying out geotechnical work to make sure that trains are working efficiently and safely.
They believe it is important that these positions are offered, as these chances at schools are often limited.
