A family in York are delighted after their dog, who was missing for over a month, was found safe and well yesterday. Arlo, the two-year-old golden Labradoodle was missing since the 15th of July, after escaping from a Kennel.
He was successfully tracked down in a field near Sherrif Hutton and was returned to his owners yesterday morning. Arlo’s owner, Anthony Smith, said: "It's incredible that we have a happy ending.” Arlo was given a clean bill of health by the vet and is now relaxing after his almost five-week adventure. The family wanted to thank the dog tracker, Mandy Butler, and her team for their “tireless” efforts.
