A film crew were seen shooting a ‘major drama’ on Tuesday afternoon. They were spotted filming on both the river Ouse and the riverside, using York City Cruises boats to film. No production details have been released, but there are reports that the filming was for a new ‘major drama’ on Netflix.
Sections of the back of the boat were covered with black backing cloth but onlookers on the riverbank managed to see scenes play out near St Peter’s School, including one with an actor dressed as a Captain.
