Award winning patisserie, Florian Poirot, has opened in a prime tourist street in York.
The business opened at 19 The Shambles on Friday, and Florian says sales have been going well and has received a ‘super welcome’ from shoppers, tourists and other local businesses.
Florian became the UK pastry champion, representing the country in 2017 at the World Pastry Cup in Lyon. He says he’s always wanted to open a business in York and has made a special spooky set of treats in time for Halloween.
