York will be getting its very own Hard Rock Café which will occupy the spot of the old TK Maxx building on Coney Street, with a hotel featuring multiple apartments filling the space above.
The venue is set to include a bar, a coffee shop, a shop and the main restaurant.
The planning agent for the application, Matthew Mortonson, revealed that around 100 jobs are expected to be created.
