The mother of 4 year-old Ellis Carey is raising money for his life changing physiotherapy sessions in order to help him reach his full potential and walk unaided.
Ellis endured a traumatic birth in York Hospital resulting in injuries, but doctors were unaware of his motor skills issues until he turned two. Diagnosed with cerebral palsy, he is now eligible for surgery on the NHS to improve his mobility.
However, post operation, Ellis will need specialist physiotherapy treatments in order to maximise his potential. These sessions will be funded privately by his family, costing them thousands of pounds.
