Speaking during a visit to the University of York, Sir Keir Starner gave his viewpoint on the recent Blue Badge Ban and NHS strikes.

Labour leader Kier Starmer commented on York’s blue badge ban during a visit to York today, calling the ban ‘shocking’ and saying a Labour run council would reverse it.

Speaking about the current NHS strikes,  Starmer also stated that if Labour were in power nationally, he would have ‘got around the table and negotiated’ with doctors and nurses to put the recent strikes to an end.

Starmer also said he believes that Labour could take control of the City of York council in the May 4th elections.
