Minster school to be converted into restaurant

The ex-minster school has begun construction converting into a restaurant.

The restaurant is dubbed to be called the York Minster Refectory and is planned to be run by 2 Michelin star experienced individuals.

The ambition of the restaurant is to create a welcoming accessible venue which features locally sourced ingredients

The refectory will offer daytime and evening dining and private rooms in addition to a daytime takeaway service.
