Support rallies around a North Yorkshire man, who is celebrating his 70th birthday by running more than 500 miles. Tony Robinson is marking the milestone birthday with a total of 70, seven mile runs in order to raise money for charity.
Tony’s chosen charity is Macmillan Cancer Support and he is aiming to raise £2,500 for the organisation, having personally lost five friends to cancer.
Although he has already completed his 500-mile challenge, Tony will be taking part in this years Great North Run and Yorkshire Marathon in York.
