A planning application has been submitted to the City of York Council for an ice cream parlour on the ground floor of the St Lawrence Working Men’s Club on Lawrence Street.
It’s been reported that the working men’s club would continue to operate, and the ice cream parlour would be an external and internal addition to the site.
If the plans are approved, two part time jobs would be created.
