A York policeman has started running a ‘Safespace’ project for men in gyms in the city.
Rich Best, 39 lost his brother, Mark, to suicide 15 years ago and has suffered with PTSD and depression because of this.
As well as volunteering for men’s mental health charity, Menfulness, Rich is running the project, which aims to get men physically and mentally fit.
