From February 2nd 2023 Visitors to The Hole in Wand York will be able to experience the new additions and upgrades including a brand new hole – The Forest Awakens…
Wands have been raised and spells cast to create a new hole and several additions at The Hole in Wand York for wizards to enjoy including a brand new quest.
Claiming to be York’s most magical attraction which opened in May 2021, the award-winning mini golf venue has undergone a transformation including new holes and an upgraded tavern area designed to help with the visitor flow and journey.
The main change is the creation of a brand new hole, The Forest Awakens, based on the popular Dalby Forest. To help create the immersive experience a new scent has been added to the room and a specific soundtrack created. The hole sees the wizards amongst the trees as they aim for a hole in one, looked on by magical creatures of the darkened and mythical forest.
Oliver Brayshaw, Chief Wizard said: ‘We are excited to reveal the new holes at the venue, we know that our visitors are really going to enjoy them. Both hole 6 and 7 are quite eery but great fun. We have designed and built the holes and upgraded the tavern with the visitor journey in mind to ensure that everyone that visits have a fantastic experience’.
The new additions are available to all from February 2nd 2023.
