The charity, Menfullness, which offers free counselling to men to allow them to speak out about issues effecting their lives was nominated by readers for York Press Charity appeal.
Menfullness has been around for 5 years and has helped over 150 men with personal issues and organised group events to promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
