York Minster has been named one of the UKs top destinations. Following a recent poll conducted by train operator Grand Central to identify the most popular attractions shared on social media, York Minster claimed 9^th spot, just ahead of the Brecon beacons in 10^th. Grand Central surveyed over 360,000 Facebook check-ins and 187,000 Instagram posts, concluding London’s tower bridge to be the overall winner. Others on the list included Stonehenge in 4^th and Bournemouth beach in 6^th.
