Children at All Saints Roman Catholic School in York have impressed in the Entrepreneurial Spark and University of York competition.
The competition was a week-long programme held by the university and business support company which asked 20 participants from the school to design and present a ‘healthy ageing’ product to judges.
The winning product pitch was ‘Theraflex’, which is a therapeutic slipper which targets pressure points whilst walking to promote mobility.
The competitions aim was to help encourage entrepreneurship in children in hopes that they consider pursuing it as a career.
