YSJ have just delivered their first 'Wellbeing and You' monthly workshop, and their next workshop is next Thursday 22nd August, on the topic of Managing Overwhelm - there are still some spaces available!

There are a number of different workshops planned up until February next year...

Wellbeing and You (8th October, 7th November)

In the ‘Wellbeing and You’ workshop, you'll delve into the concepts of 'wellbeing' and 'self-care'—what do these terms mean to you? This session explores the various dimensions and how you can enhance and support your well-being. You'll leave with practical ideas to start building your own wellbeing toolkit, helping you grow stronger and more resilient over time in business and life.

Managing Stress & Overwhelm (22nd August)

This workshop discusses anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and burnout, and how these challenges manifest for you. We'll explore their potential triggers, warning signs, and symptoms, alongside a variety of tools, practices, and techniques for self-support. Additionally, we'll discuss crafting your personal wellbeing toolkit, addressing potential barriers and strategies to overcome them effectively.

Boundaries and Balance (24th September)

This workshop will delve into the significance and effects of achieving a healthy work-life balance, as well as the common challenges that come with maintaining it. We'll explore various types of boundaries, and how they influence our lives. Additionally, we'll examine potential obstacles and discuss strategies for establishing and sustaining effective boundaries, ultimately leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Creating Confidence in Work and Life (21st November)

This workshop explores imposter syndrome, confidence-building, and your personal definitions of 'success' and 'failure'. We'll explore how these elements interconnect and their impact on your wellbeing, life, and business. Discussions will address the challenges and barriers you may face and identifying strategies for making meaningful changes. Additionally, we'll guide you in creating your own wellbeing toolkit, reviewing various activities, tools, and techniques designed to empower you in life and business.

Navigating Working Alone (22nd January)

This workshop will tackle the unique challenges of working in isolation, whether as your own boss/and or as a solopreneur, and how these affect both your wellbeing and business success. We'll delve into effective strategies, and identifying what works and what doesn't, to help you manage your work in a way that suits your needs. Discussions will cover habits, mindset shifts, available resources, and support systems. Additionally, you'll begin crafting your personal wellbeing toolkit to support your journey forward.

Aligning Life and Business (3rd February)

This workshop delves into the significance of values—why they matter, how they shape your decisions, and their impact on your relationship with your business and views of 'success'. We'll explore different approaches to working with values, consider how they change over time, and discover practical tools and methods to identify your core values and ensure they align with your life and business. By gaining awareness and clarity around your values, and actively aligning them with your work and personal life, you can start to lead a more fulfilling, authentic, and purpose-driven life.
