The Sheriff of York, Suzie Mercer, is hosting a black-tie ball in honour of King Charles coronation.
The event will take place at The Assembly Rooms on the 7th of May, and involve a reception followed by a three-course meal with serenading by a 20-piece band.
The tickets for the ball will cot £55 per person and the money raised will be used to support the Sheriffs Cost of Living Appeal.
