York’s Local Transport Plan not available until after next year’s election
City of York Council had promised that the final version of the Local Transport Plan 4 |(LTP4) would be published by the end of April but have now announced it will not be available until after the council elections in 2023.
The transport plan is a key document outlining in detail the future of transport in York and the Council have been under pressure to produce a final version after several delays.
The council now plan to produce a less detailed Local Transport Strategy in the interim.
