A Yorkshire Arts Festival has won a top award at the Harrogate Hospitality and Tourism Awards. Harrogate International Festivals won the 2022 Best Achievement of the Year award for their Theakston Old Peculiar Crime Writing Festival, which boasts the world’s largest celebration of crime fiction.
