Jenni Casper was told she was having triplets at her twelve-week scan when the nurse could only spot one placenta.
The triplets were delivered by emergency caesarean five weeks ago on March 31st at York hospital after arriving nine weeks early and are currently being looked after by the Special Care Baby Unit.
Jenni spoke to York Press telling them that the girls were doing well and “they’re breathing on their own now and taking from the bottle”.
Jenni who already has two young girls, described the triplets as a blessing and hopes she is able to take them home in the coming weeks.
