York City picked up a massive win against Aldershot in the National League on Saturday.

York City picked up a massive win against Aldershot in the National League on Saturday. A last-minute winner from captain Lennel John-Lewis was enough to give manager Adam Hinshelwood his first win as York City boss.

This result moves York City up to 21st in the table. They remain in the relegation places however this result puts them only one point away from safety. The Minstermen are next in action on Saturday when they face a tough away trip to promotion-chasing Bromley.
