The two second-half goals scored by Billy Chadwick and Dipo Akinyemi proved to be enough to earn the Minstermen a vital three points. York City sit three points above the drop zone with only one game left to play this season. Manager Adam Hinshelwood said that he was delighted with the players following the result. York City’s final game of the season will be away at Solihull Moors on Saturday afternoon with kickoff at 12:15.
