York Knights were denied a first win of the Betfred Championship season in the dying seconds as a drop-goal saw them slip to a heartbreaking 15-14 defeat at Barrow Raiders. The Knights had a six-point lead at one point in the match however Brad Walker’s last-second drop goal meant York left Barrow with nothing to show. York Knights head coach Andrew Henderson believes it was a result that his side did not deserve. York Knights are next in action on Sunday when they host Wakefield Trinity at the LNER Community stadium.
